Fulfilling a 50-year Vision

Newhall Ranch at buildout will deliver thousands of permanent jobs, helping take the thriving Santa Clarita Valley, headquarters of Sunkist, Princess Cruises and more, to the next level.
Protecting Natural Resources
Over two-thirds of Newhall Ranch – 10,000 acres – will be dedicated open space, including 50 miles of trails. The community will also use state-of-the art water conservation measures, including a water reclamation plant capable of recycling millions of gallons per day.
